Step 1: Define + Align

First, I get to know the problem inside and out. I’ll work with teammates and stakeholders to identify user needs, clarify business goals, and define expectations. Starting with solid briefs, timelines, and a clear plan helps make the rest of the process runs smoothly.

Step 2: Explore + Collaborate

Next, I turn ideas into user flows, build prototypes, and refine designs with feedback from the team. From initial sketches to final handoff, I keep communication open and documentation clear. Collaborating early helps ensure the final product is both user-friendly and feasible to build.

Step 3: Validate + Iterate

Before handing designs off to engineering, I run usability tests and quick experiments to validate the solution allowing me to catch issues before they’re in development. After launch, I track user performance through analytics, review with the team, and utilize any insights to inform next steps.
